About Us

The vision behind RatioAnalysis.net is to empower individuals to perform their own research and analysis and continue their quest for knowledge in the field of wealth creation and financial management.

The website was setup by Axel Tracy, an Accounting & Finance student at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) in April, 2011. He is an investor, director and student who wanted a simple, clean and professional tool to calculate financial ratios.

In February, 2012, Bidi Capital Pty Ltd was registered as a company in NSW, Australia, and it took over ownership of RatioAnalysis.net later that month. Bidi Capital Pty Ltd is a holding company for a number of financially-focused websites and an investment vehicle for a value investment driven portfolio.
